The VMPC Impact Awards are open for nominations in two categories:
- Emerging Leader – for early-career professionals shaping the future, 1-7 years in the profession
- Exemplary Leader – for seasoned professionals driving excellence and innovation, more than 7 years in the profession
Nominate a VMPC Member who is making a difference in the world of volunteer engagement.
These awards are a national award program to recognize the work of volunteer management professionals in Canada.
As volunteer engagement professionals, we make volunteerism happen. We leverage the skills and passions of our volunteers to help meet our organization’s mission and we keep a diverse group of volunteers motivated, happy and engaged.
The awards are administered by VMPC, with cash prizes sponsored by Better Impact and the award recipients are determined by the Impact Awards Committee from the nominations received.
There are 3 awards each in the two distinct categories.
Through the generous financial sponsorship of Better Impact, the award recipients receive a financial award to support their professional development.
