Join VMPC Members for a workshop on Ageism featuring a film made by volunteers on the topic of ageism. The film is called: Ageless: Real Talk. Real Change. To End Ageism. The first part of this workshop will be the screening of this film, followed by a facilitated discussion by those involved with the creation of this film.

Ageless: Real Talk. Real Change. To End Ageism - a powerful and timely film screening and interactive workshop that invites participants to confront ageism head-on—where it shows up in society, in our workplaces, and even in ourselves. Through the documentary AGELESS and guided dialogue after the screening, we’ll unpack the assumptions we make about people of different ages, explore how ageism impacts people across generations, and reflect on how it shapes our daily interactions and opportunities for volunteerism.
This was a film that was created by volunteers and coordinated through The Cummings Centre. Featured in major media outlets including Global News, The Montreal Gazette, City News, and CJAD Radio, Ageless sparks honest conversation and meaningful change—encouraging us all to rethink ageism and build a more inclusive world.
