Workshop Description:
Bullying doesn’t just happen at school—it shows up in workplaces too, especially within large teams. While conflict is a normal part of organizational life, patterns of exclusion, dominance, and other subtle forms of bullying can quietly shape volunteer team culture if left unexamined.
This workshop explores the dynamics that create conditions for conflict and hierarchical tension. Together, we’ll examine the differences that leave teams vulnerable to power struggles and discuss ways to neutralize bullying.
By the end of this session, participants will walk away with strategies to foster healthier power dynamics, and cultivate a workplace culture where everyone feels respected, valued, and heard.
