 \n \n\nWorkshop Description: \n\nBullying doesn’t just happen at sch
ool—it shows up in workplaces too, especially within large teams. Whil
e conflict is a normal part of organizational life, patterns of exclusio
n, dominance, and other subtle forms of bullying can quietly shape volun
teer team culture if left unexamined.\n\nThis workshop explores the dyna
mics that create conditions for conflict and hierarchical tension. Toget
her, we’ll examine the differences that leave teams vulnerable to powe
r struggles and discuss ways to neutralize bullying.\n\nBy the end of th
is session, participants will walk away with strategies to foster health
ier power dynamics, and cultivate a workplace culture where everyone fee
ls respected, valued, and heard.\n\nFacilitator Bio: \n\nAlex Tse (she/
they) was once a wannabe radio broadcaster who stumbled instead into com
munications and nonprofit operations. Her work is rooted in the belief t
hat leadership is an opportunity to heal people, relationships, and comm
unities, and contribute to peace, joy, and well-being in a painfully div
ided society.\n\nWhen Alex is AFK, you can find her playing Just Dance,
baking the best vegan banana bread, or working on her next music video.
Alex resides on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Mus
queam) peoples. Find her on IG/YouTube at @alexseemusic and LinkedIn asÂ
