SUMMARY:2020 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference!
DESCRIPTION:‘Managing Risk: Balancing Aversion and Innovation’ is a v
olunteer management conference presented by AL!VE, Better Impact, and VM
PC. Now in its sixth year, this year's topic will explore how balancing
innovation and aversion to risk impacts our volunteers, programs and age
ncies, now and in the near and far futures. Our current streaming event
will consist of a 20-minute presentation followed by a moderated discuss
ion with the other presenters (think TED talk meets late night tv), incl
uding responding to questions from the audience.\n\nThis year’s presen
ter lineup includes: Jennifer Bennett, CVA, Lori Gotlieb, Sarah Olivieri
and Lindsay Baker, CVA. The session will be hosted and moderated by Fai
za Venzant, CVA. Read more about the workshops and presenters at: https
