Join your wise colleagues for a jam packed hour designed to reinvigorate your volunteer interviews. This one hour workshop will be a “choose your own adventure workshop” formula. This topic is enough for far more than an hour so during the workshop participants will decide the direction for our time together. The four options will be 1) Exploring great ideas for interview questions, 2) Techniques for effective and welcoming interviews, 3) Interviews and Liability (what we can ask or not ask), and 4) Saying no to unsuitable candidates. If there is time, we may dive into more than one topic.
