We’ve heard you!  Volunteer managers have told us they need support with providing direction and developmental feedback to volunteers without lecturing or “coming down with a hammer.”  VMPC is offering a 2-part series to help Volunteer managers identify and develop basic Coach Approach skills.

Catherine North, Leadership Coach & Organization Development Consultant, will lead us through a 2-part series on Using a Coach Approach.

Why is this important?  Volunteer Managers need to be able to positively influence behaviour of their direct reports & volunteers while at the same time, help individuals feel appreciated so that everyone feels respected and is given an opportunity to grow.

What can participants expect to achieve as a result of participating in these workshops?  The aim is to provide Participants with basic knowledge of what a coach approach is, and to give Volunteer Managers an opportunity to practice, reflect, learn and grow.
