Hosted by the Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada (VMPC), in partnership with the Manitoba Association of Volunteer Administration (MAVA) and the BC regional committee (formerly known as AVRBC).

Join us for an important webinar to learn LGBTQ+ terminology, inclusive language, how to be an ally, and strategies to support LGBTQ+ volunteers at your organization. The webinar will include scenario based activities and strategies to promote inclusion in the workplace.

Presented by: Cicely Belle Blain

Cicely Belle Blain is an activist, writer, artist and CEO; she is one of Vancouver’s fifty most influential people of 2018, an award-winning co-founder of Black Lives Matter, Vancouver and a member of the Canadian youth delegation to the United Nations. Cicely runs her own international diversity and inclusion consulting company, Cicely Blain Consulting.
