Webinar – The 3C’s of Happy Volunteers

affiché le 3:08 PM, Décembre 14, 2018
Hosted by the Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada (VMPC)

The 3 C's of Happy Volunteers: Comfort, Convenience, Connection is useful for any size or type of volunteer program, improving engagement without impacting the budget. It is a concept that can be written on a Post-it note as a daily reminder, or ideally woven into an agency's strategic plan. This webinar is a fun and interactive experience for leaders of volunteers at any point in their careers; combining ideas, exercises, and examples for all learning styles. By the end of the session, you will be able to assess your agency by "The 3 C's", and apply them successfully to your programs.

Presented by: Dana Litwin, CVA
